The intent of this module is to give an introduction into the field of prefabrication with wood, analyzing the different levels and methods available to develop a fundamental understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of prefabrication and its various levels. Furthermore, an overview of the different factors influencing the success of prefabrication in the market will be discussed. The module is developed to be taught to students in either four blocks at 90-120 minutes each, or as two blocks of 3-4 hours, or one full day.
